i see few discussions on this subject, but i could not find any reply on what will happen if i accept the violation

i just want to state clearly that i purchase the product directly from the brand , and i also had a letter from the Brand allowing me to sale thire products on Amazon, however that was 2 years ago, and since than i am not working with that brand, i did provide Original Invoices for the products in question and as usual the department reject them without explaining WHY, this is something really not normal that i happen also with many areas in account health , and after many back and forth , the being removed with the same documents

however i never had an issue with "Counterfeit without a Test Buy" and from what i hear is if i do not provide a letter from, the brand , they will not remove it , but in general i do not want to admit for an accusation that is 100% false, since the products was purchased by us directly from the brand being aware that the product will be sold on amazon, as i stated we no longer carry the brand and we have odds and ends on the products that we looking to clear

my account is healthy with 260 Score, Customer Service Performance and Shipping Performance are way bellow target

my Policy Compliance is Healthy with 2 defect above and also we have 2 ASIN under Product Authenticity Customer Complaints that amazon refuse to accept my documents (invoices + letter from the brand owner that the products are 100% authentic, this is nightmare!!!)

so bottom line i want to know 2 things

1. if i accept the violation for the Counterfeit without a Test Buy, what will happen to my account

2. what happen if i just keep sending the same document till it reach someone that remove

3. Just Ignore it for now
