My account is DEACTIVATE

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

My amazon seller account has been DEACTIVATED but i don’t even sell a thing yet. I have submitted all of my documents but it is never enough to be able to make the account activated. They said I have multiple accounts which i never had before. I submit more than two-month times and try everything I can without being able to seek help because there is just a robot who replies to me. Now I really want to close my account forever. But still can’t because the account is deactivated. It would be very appreciated if humans were able to give me advice on how to close the account. I do Give up.

neither you nor Amazon themselves can close an account that has been deactivated.

Do you have a global account?
