Evri Overcharges comes up as Adjustment on your Payment Transactions

After having just over £4000 deducted from my payment account as 'Other Transactions' I have viewed all transactions for the 1st July and Evri/Hermes has done a chargeback / adjustment on 1583 orders.

I have raised this as a case in seller central and contacted my Evri account manager.

Has anyone else noticed this or have any advise on this please?

I raised this as an issue along with an SS case over a year ago., It got closed twice. I have since been taking photos and measurements to back up my case.

Today I have had 9 adjustments. To put this into scale I have had 3 orders over the weekend. Some are for 5p some are for £2.65.

Amazon isn't interested and assumes (as always) that we don't know what we're doing and have made a mistake.

In every case, I select 999 grams and a "large 60x40x 20cm" parcel but the item is usually around 300-400 grams and a tenth of the size paid for

I have noticed that the item is quite small in almost all adjustment cases the item is on the smaller side.

Example one that I have received many adjustments for is a tiny sleeve with 2 armbands inside. Weighs under 200 grams and is about 16cm x 10cm x 1.5cm. - yet they claim that I have underpaid when I select 999 grams and 60x40x20 size.

Also in every instance I notice that the "courier's claimed measurements/weight matches what I have paid for - which makes even less sense.

As an ex-courier and courier company owner, I know the amount of hassle small parcels cause as they get pulled through with other larger parcels and the scanner gets confused.

It's worth mentioning that I have a website and 4 eBay accounts and NEVER get any chargeback for postage - selling that exact same items.

I'll be opening another case again this week as I have now got a fair few to try to claim back.
