Account deactivated - need help reinstating

Hello,

Our account was deactivated. After a period of time of none use, I updated all the information amazon required, such as directors info, name/addresses/ID . I also resubmitted bank statements too. All of these were accepted.

However, my account is still deactivated and there are no options for me to submit an appeal. They say more information is required but do not give me the option to provide any extra information. There are no options for me to progress this appeal or deactivation.

My account health is all green and showing score of 200 with no issues listed.

Can anyone advise how to solve this issue? @Julia_Amazon@Ezra_Amazon@Simon_Amazon@Spencer_Amazon@Winston_Amazon@Sarah_Amzn
