Seller Fulfilled Listings Deactivated for 6 months
Hi,
We have had our Amazon Seller Fulfilled Listings deactivated for 6 months now. We have provided all information requested, however each time we submit, we get a generic response of more information needed. We have tried calling the Account Health team many times, and each time, we are told to add something specific and our listings will be reinstated. Every time we do this, and we still apparently need to submit more information.
We have submitted tracking information for the past 3 months of orders (over 1000), with explanations of refund reasons, as well as delivery statistics for these orders from Royal Mail. Additionally, we have also submitted many invoices for our products, correctly dated etc. and company documents, including VAT registration and a bank statement. These are included with a comprehensive report and POA, written to Amazon's guidelines.
We have good policy compliance, and we still sell items through FBA, however, MFN orders were our main source of income, and because of FBA hazardous products policies, we are unable to send much of our inventory to fulfilment centres for FBA.
We feel we have submitted enough information, and with no real assistance from the account health team, who mostly give generic advice, and it often feels as though they are not correctly view our case, as they will often tell us to add things that have already been included. This is especially frustrating, as in the original performance notification, we were told this process would take no longer than 30 days, and to upload the information to speed up the process.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Kind Regards,

Some help would be much appreciated, please.
Contacting the account health team just causes more frustration, and they just pawn you off with some prewritten advice which is irrelevant to your actual case.
We would like to get this sorted, and feel we have completely complied with Amazon up to this point.
