General Product Safety Regulations - Removing northern Ireland from Shipping Settings ?
If I choose to remove Northern Ireland from my FBM Shipping Setting by creating a new Shipping Template, can I continue to sell in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) and avoid the EU & NI requirement to register an EU Responsible Person etc.
Or will Amazon suspend my offering despite not seling into NI ??

you’ve been able to remove Northern Ireland from shipping templates for over a year with no issue.
Whether doing so will actually stop you needing to meet the needs of the GPSR I personally think is up for debate as to how amazon actually program their systems as to what they are looking for. Will they actually look at whether you as a seller sell into Northern Ireland on your shipping templates at SKU level? Or will they take a sledgehammer approach and assume all UK listings need it.
Given recent issues, I know what I think they will do. But until Amazon provide more guidance, no one knows.

is it a normal shipping template or does it also have prime (seller fulfilled prime)

It's been a while! I'm here to share an update regarding the GPSR in North Ireland from the partner team:
For listings on our UK-based store only, including FBA products, Amazon’s GPSR policy does not apply.
You must, however, submit the required GSPR information for listings on our EU-based stores (e.g. Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, etc).
It is not possible to exclude Northern Ireland from FBA shipments. FBA shipments for the UK Store include the entire United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
