Feedback removal (not showing in Feedback Manager
I’ve had a 1 star review that I want to issue a removal on. I’ve done it in the past by going to the Feedback Manager but this feedback isn’t showing there. It was left on the 27th Jan, so I thought maybe I had a wait a little while first - But no luck. Do I just go via SS or perhaps a mod here?

You can’t remove reviews unfortunately
If you mean feedback there should be a request removal option
If the feedback isn’t showing there, how do you know you’ve got negative feedback ?

It is very important on the comunication with the buyer to not offer the refund in exchange for changing or removing their review.
That is considered as prohibited activity.
