seller account is blocked

Hello

My seller account is blocked. I can't do anything and I can't understand the reason. Also, I still have not been paid funds from sales in the amount of €231.36

All my contacts are answered automatically!!!

Please let the person know what I have to do. As a last resort, if you don’t want to activate my account, then pay me my money!!!

Thats the problem. You need to understand it, to activate the acount. And you need to activate it to get the payout...

You can join us in a class action lawsuit against Amazon if they hold your money and you sent the goods or if there are indications that they discriminate against you for trading on the platform.

Amazon will always send seller Performance Notifications with explanation of the issue. Please review them to understand the issue. You will be able to find an email address to request your funds there as well. We advise to review all Performance Notifications in all Marketplaces and not only Germany.
