LOST in the Midst of Pending Verification

We find ourselves embroiled in an exhausting saga with Amazon's account verification process for almost 2 months now. Despite waging countless battles, submitting document after document, our account remains trapped in an endless limbo of "Pending Verification."
We've encountered a major roadblock with the "Proof of Identity" section. We're currently unable to submit the necessary information for account verification. Based on Amazon's comments, the ID numbers we previously entered in Seller Central do not match the identity document provided. Initially, we used a passport number and attached the passport for verification purposes. However, after amending this to the National Identity Card number, we've hit a wall. We can't submit the new ID numbers for verification, nor can we upload our ID card to the system.

When we submitted new information (ID numbers and proofs) via Account Health, we were met with yet another obstacle: "We completed our evaluation of your submission. We do not have enough information to remove the violation at this time." We've submitted everything, and now we can't submit anything via Account Info > Identity Information at all.

The latest frustration came when, upon appealing for help or support, we're consistently met with the cold, dismissive response: "We have closed this case because your account has been deactivated." It's as if every attempt to resolve this is shut down without explanation.

Desperately need help here. Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated as we try to navigate this seemingly never-ending ordeal.

Is your business established in UK? If not, do you have the tax information updated in your Seller Central account?
