GPSR labelling requirement

Hi everyone

As our packaging is too small to include all the safety information, we are inserting a paper inside the box including all the necessary information - is that sufficient?

Can anyone confirm?

Thanks!

As per Amazons GPSR page

"Where the size or nature of the product does not allow it, this labelling can be provided on its packaging or an accompanying document."

"The labelling with the Responsible Person or importer information can be attached to the product, its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document. However, the labelling with the manufacturer information must be placed on the product, and only if that isn’t possible can you place it on the packaging or in a document accompanying the product. If you’re using a QR code, you must also print the information in text form."

"Finally, you must display applicable warning and safety information on the product detail pages for your products in the language of the country of sale. This information includes toy safety warnings, chemical hazard warnings and any other warning or safety information that is affixed to the product or packaging or is included in an accompanying document"
