If the items you already want to list are on Amazon then you can list one by one using the barcode or use a flat file to list multiple items in one go.
If the items are not on Amazon then you will need to create the listings from scratch. Amazon provide a facility through Seller Central to add SKU's one by one. If you are adding multiple SKU's you can use a spreadsheet to upload your SKU's from Amazon.
Adding products from scratch is time consuming and requires some knowledge.
If you have a 3rd party inventory management system you can use that to list SKU's on Amazon.
It maybe a read of seller University will help you to find the best way forward. There are a number of ways you can list products and you will only get limited help through the forums.
