kyc-drtax-verification- "The email address that you have used to contact us is not registered to a selling on Amazon account."
Sorry to start yet another thread on the held disbursement topic but I thought it would be helpful if we could have a place where those of us receiving the above message could discuss where we're up to with the whole thing- I've seen quite a few other people popping up in the other discussions but they are so busy it is easy for things to get lost.
We opened a case with the KYC team and were told that it is a known problem which they are trying to solve and to try again in a few hours. We tried again the next day and surprise, surprise, 24 hours later received exactly the same message. We've reopened the case today but as yet have had no response.
I also wondered whether it might be worth trying to identify any common denominators amongst us all which could hold the key to it all. I was once unable to use an educational app at my son's primary school as there was a bug which didn't allow yahoo accounts so am wondering if it could be something like that...
So for what it's worth, our primary email address is a hotmail account and we've been selling since 2016.

Just to let everyone know that we've received an email asking us for further information so our email address has finally been recognised. I'm not sure why but hopefully it means they've fixed the problem for everyone.
I know we've still got a long way to go in getting them to actually accept our documents but am so relieved that they're actually getting through.

We received an email on Friday. They were requesting just one more thing, so I'm thinking great... progress!
Sent what they asked for on Monday and still no response, despite the fact they responded the next day if they wanted more documentation.
Is this normal? Shall I take this as a good sign? How long after people's last email did it take to get verified?
