FC refusing shipments!
I have had 2 shipments to Coventry FC reused and being returned.
Is there any way to avoid this?
It costs a small fortune in shipping which i will not get back!
Surely we could be notified before shipping if they have no capacity.
Also, I am now hugely down on my sales due to having no stock in the FC

Have they given you a reason why they have been refused or are you assuming it’s over capacity?
Maybe there is another reason?

Sometimes this is down to the courier not delivering at a specific time or in a specific way.
I had this last year, ups wasn’t properly preparing there containers on the correct size pallets, so Amazon refused every day for delivery over several weeks. Cost us a fortune.

In our experience, if an FC has no capacity, the shipment is held by the courier (in our case UPS) until a slot becomes available to deliver it. Worst case scenario was around 2 extra days but this only happened once. Some have been held an extra day or so but this is always explained on the tracking system.

Hi,
This has happened to me also. I use a carrier called APC. They are not an “authorised” partner of Amazon so they simply refused the shipment.
It now appears you MUST use one of their preferred couriers or your shipment will be returned.
