We have green light in the removal of negative feedback in regard to the current situation of the Canada Post Strike, we are still looking into all other factors and observations made by you all within the creative content I made last week about this same topic.

Our Amazon account has been blocked due to an issue with two orders that arrived in Canada on November 22 and are still stuck in containers at the terminal. We have submitted an appeal and explained the situation, but our account has remained blocked for over two weeks.

The delay was caused by the postal strike, and we are unsure what further steps to take to resolve the account block.

What should we do in this situation? We are concerned about not being able to continue selling on the platform and are awaiting your assistance.

We didn't have to deal with negative feedback (yet), since we can always talk to our customers, explain unforeseen situations, and apologize for inconveniences.

The problem is Amazon who accepts A-Z claims related to shipments stuck in the postal system. A real pain in the neck.

According to Amazon's policy, a buyer must contact a seller prior to opening an A-Z claim, but Amazon does not enforce this policy and accepts A-Z claims without the customer having the seller contacted about the issue. In these cases, Amazon's decision always leads to the customer receiving a freebie at the sellers expenses.

If you want to make gifts to our customers, pay for them from your pocket. Not ours.

Amazon throws out its "Your account is at risk of deactivation" threat because of 1.4% ODR. Since we are not responsible for the ODR, we shouldn't be threatened or punished.

And if Amazon would enforce its own policies (customer must contact seller prior to opening a claim), we would have apologized and refunded, and no A-Z claim would have ever been opened.

One more proof for the repeated claim that Amazon only supports customers, but no sellers.

Our Amazon account has been blocked due to an issue with two orders that arrived in Canada on November 22 and are still stuck in containers at the terminal. We have submitted an appeal and explained the situation, but our account has remained blocked for over two weeks.

We didn't have to deal with negative feedback (yet), since we can always talk to our customers, explain unforeseen situations, and apologize for inconveniences.

The problem is Amazon who accepts A-Z claims related to shipments stuck in the postal system. A real pain in the neck.

According to Amazon's policy, a buyer must contact a seller prior to opening an A-Z claim, but Amazon does not enforce this policy and accepts A-Z claims without the customer having the seller contacted about the issue. In these cases, Amazon's decision always leads to the customer receiving a freebie at the sellers expenses.

If you want to make gifts to our customers, pay for them from your pocket. Not ours.

Amazon throws out its "Your account is at risk of deactivation" threat because of 1.4% ODR. Since we are not responsible for the ODR, we shouldn't be threatened or punished.

And if Amazon would enforce its own policies (customer must contact seller prior to opening a claim), we would have apologized and refunded, and no A-Z claim would have ever been opened.

One more proof for the repeated claim that Amazon only supports customers, but no sellers.
