Account Suspension Due To ID Verification
Hi,
I have created my Amazon account almost a year ago. And, 20 days ago (8th of Feb) Amazon has requested my ID documents again for verification. I've re-upload my passport however this time somehow it has been rejected.
I've tried to contact help center and also tried to use call me know option, however help center insist on that my ID info doesn't match with my documents. I only have 1 passport so I'm not sure where is the problem. I also sent an email to seller verification team which includes my passport and driving license as a proof of my Identity. I'm not sure how will I prove my own Identity. Amazon has already approved the same documents a year ago. Now, I'm not able to have a regular communication someone from Help Center. If the data in the system doesn't match with my documents, data might be incorrect because as I mentioned I only have 1 passport.
If I cannot solve this issue in 20 days, they'll permanently close the account and I won't be able to create another account as seller. How can I solve this issue? If someone can advise, I'd highly appriciate it.
