Did you report it to the Seller Support ? If yes, could you share the case ID to review it? Also, I believe it will be difficult to proceed with this retraction if the request or the issue report does not come directly from the right owner to Amazon. Did you check with the right owner if they can contact Amazon to report it? From my experience, having you as an intermediary might not be considered valid for Amazon.
