Using logo without trademark/brand registry
Hello,
I am a new seller (have not launched yet but planning to do it in couple of months). I have a question regarding using my business logo on my customized product (product is made by my Chinese manufacturer).
I need to know if I can I add my business logo to my product without enrolling into amazon brand registry and without having any trademark on that logo?
I guess such “unprotected” logo can be copied by other sellers (along with the product), but as a new seller I would like to wait a bit with trademark/brand registration, yet I would still like to use the logo of my unregistered brand on my product. Is that allowed by Amazon UK? Or do I need to have brand registry before I am allowed to add logo to products?
Thanks!

You can use an unregistered trademark as a brand name. You would still require EANs/UPCs/GTINs sourced from GS1, or Amazon to allow a GTIN exemption.
Without registration you have some automatic protection in law anyway, but having it registered means it is easier to prove, provides some additional protection (unless the trademark is invalidated) and means you can submit the trademark number as evidence that you have current usage rights for certain classes of product.
You would require an active trademark to enrol in brand registry.
