Have I been scammed by the "Sold by amazon eu s.a.r.l" order?
I received five emails from a seller named Amazon EU S.a.r.l. (August 12th to September 2nd) within 20 days (from diffent buyer).
All 5 emails reported product defects (unable to start), but I noticed the order screenshots they provided all indicated "Sold by Amazon EU S.a.r.l.", making it impossible to verify the authenticity of the orders.
I had never received similar emails before, which led me to suspect I was being scammed or targeted.
In the first email (August 12th), after briefly understanding the cause of the problem, I sent a new package (the video they provided even couldn't be opened). I sent it through Amazon MFC, but they claimed they hadn't received the product. I then sent it again through another warehouse and chose signature service, but have yet to receive a response.
The second and third emails were sent to me on the same day (August 16th). I noticed something strange in the order information and reply timestamps they provided. First, the order information they provided in the screenshots showed different order numbers and purchase time. However, their delivery addresses were the same, and they all reply to me within a similar timeframe (within a 10-minute gap).
Then I received a fourth email (August 24th) and a fifth (August 31st).
During this timeframe, I searched for Amazon-purchased orders from that timeframe to see if I could find a corresponding order, as I know Amazon purchases our products and resells them to other customers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any corresponding orders, or Amazon hadn't purchased the relevant products during that timeframe.

It looks like you have been scammed. And you have handled it badly by sending a replacement upon a replacement.
You should report the violation if you have not done so.

Really sorry you have been scammed. It can happen to anyone and especially if you were busy at the time and wanting to keep up good customer service.
Put it down to experience and remember that what you stated in your post (copied below) should have been your very first action.

We have all been there, and as @Seller_76AUwmqvSyRIM said, put it down to your experience. Check all notifications on the seller's portal, not just your email.
