Available carrier options via the BUY SHIPPING option
As of this morning. Monday 20th November I am no longer shown evri/hermes as an option in my buy shipping list.
I have had a look at settings ect and the options seems to have been removed from everywhere.
Any thoughts?

We are having the same issue. Has it changed for you yet or still no luck with EVRI?

Looking in the 'Prime shipping' settings the EVRI box is unticked. This is not something we have done and I wonder if it is a glitch. Ticking the box is not helping as it is not keeping this command. When we go back into 'Prime shipping' the box is once again unticked.

Having exactly the same issue, have contacted support and so far unhelpful.
Suggestion is there is a problem with the shipping address but that isn't the case as its 27 orders and every single one is showing the same issue.
Evri doesn't appear and no other options available.

Same issue here. We have orders that need to go with Evri though no options to buy shipping through Amazon. Seller suppory unhelpful.

The issue is of course that if I arrange to use my own carrier I will fail on my Buy Shipping usage metric. Rock and a hard place!!
Customer service are of no help at all. I am opening a case for each order where shipping is not offered screen printing the order and requesting that the order is exempt from my Metric. Not much chance of that happening but it makes me feel better.

We are still having the same issue this morning.
Customer service not being helpful, advised to buy shipping with Hermes or Royal Mail direct and appeal to Amazon for order to be made exempt....which is every order for the last 4 days.
Could give no explanation as to why we cant use Evri, advised to set up other couriers, We have Royal Mail business account already linked and not being offered that either.

same for us, evri has disappeared this week meaning i now have zero buy shipping options when sending to NI, so been having to buy shipping off platform. SFP metrics for buy shipping now in the red. Has anyone had any joy with seller support with this yet?

As of this morning we still do not have EVRI as a service. Seller support are not helpful and keep kicking back the case with random unhelpful questions.
The best one being 'have you tried buying your EVRI label through buy shipping'........hmmmm yes this is where the original issue arose.

Issue still persisting for us this morning.
Going round in circles with Seller support. Have told me they cant adjust the metrics and offered no help or assistance to resolve the issue.
Have checked and double checked our settings nothing has been changed, so the problem must be with Amazon system. Happy to make changes but no staff will acknowledge the problem or advise how to fix it.
Having to also buy labels off platform.

This is the latest 'update' from amazon:
in this regards, we would like to inform you that please know that availability of a carrier depends on the following factors for them to the offered in buy shipping interface to ensure that the order is delivered to customer on time and meets the delivery expectation set.
1. Location: Based on the location of the buyer. Location considered to the street level.
2. Dimension: Based on the dimension of the product placed in your order.
3. Carrier Availability: Based on the buyers location, the carriers availability is considered. Also the availability is considered based on another factor such as carrier should have fulfilled all the orders without any defect. This is considered in-order to increase the better customer experience.
4. Package Types: Based on the items and there conditions you ship.(e.g glass/toys/chemical)
5. Estimated delivery date: Based on the estimated delivery date informed to buyer for the product and the carrier at it's best to fulfill the delivery. For example if the buyer places an order with the next day delivery option then the Royal mail 48 will not show up.
Along with the above criteria, Amazon also reviews carrier performance from time to time to ensure that packages are delivered on time as per the shipping selected while using buy shipping. Depending on this, Amazon may restrict some carrier options availability in buy shipping. This is to ensure that carriers with delivery expectation are only offered.
It is always suggested to use the next available carrier service via Buy Shipping if your preferred carrier is not available to purchase. However, for the orders which do not have any carriers shown you may purchase delivery labels directly from Royal Mail, DPD, Hermes, UK Mail, Parcelforce or Yodel provided that you confirm dispatch and provide order tracking ID in Seller Central.
Be informed that if you are unable to get "Buy Shipping" option then try getting on-boarded with all approved carriers (i.e. Royal mail, SWA, hermes & DPD)
For example: If you have on-boarded with DPD and not getting the option of "Buy Shipping" then try getting on-boarded with Royal Mail, Hermes or SWA.
After trying all 4 approved carrier, if you are still getting the same issues (No Buy Shipping) then please make sure, to ship out of MSS you should not exceed more than 2% of your weekly orders.
If weekly ASINs more than 2% you can remove those ASINs from prime shipping template in order to maintain your good performance metrics.
Note: If you do not exceed more than 2% of your weekly orders, we will exempt otherwise it will be enforced.
