tax exempt certificates
I am trying to get tax exempt certificates. When i enter the order number i get the message "No certificates found for that order ID." I get the same message for all the order numbers i enter. Any advice why this is happening?

Are you talking about sales tax? don't you live in USA and talk about VAT?
