Amazon suspended my account reason: related account

Hello guys,

I have a problem… Amazon in the last week suspended my account. The main reason that they found that my account are related to other (similar) account. We don’t have any second account. We are hired a developer and create access to our account I have just one option that they can have more clients which are Amazon sellers too. When I send POA to an Amazon I didn’t get any answer from thems… Maybe anybody has this problem and solved it? and can help us?

I don’t think you can solve this- your developer is the probable link to several accounts. Amazon may now have suspended all the accounts they set up.

I suspect prior approval from Amazon might have been required before allowing this.

Yes, I understand but when we hired them we don’t know that they are related to another accounts. When we get suspended notification just then we’re asking them about it… a stupid situation…

If I understand correct your account is suspended due to related account issues.
As per Amazon’s Prohibited seller activities and actions policy, operating and maintaining multiple seller central accounts is prohibited. However, an exception to this policy do exists. For this we would request you to visit the policy page: https://sellercentral.amazon.in/gp/help/help.html?itemID=G200386250&

As your account selling privileges have been taken down because of relation with other selling account that is not in compliance with Amazon policy.

We would recommend that you look out for any related account that you may have connection with and understand the prime reason for which the selling privileges have been taken down on that account.

Once the account is identified and the reason understood, you will have to resolve the issue of the primary account first with an appeal highlighting the:

-Reason for the issue on the account.

-Corrective measures taken to resolve the issue on the account.

-Followed by preventive measures to avoid the issue in the future.

I would suggest you to request for the secondary account from your primary account post account reactivation

To follow this process it is crucial to first identify the related account and issues prevailing in it.

Please understand that we are hired Software developer company to optimize our inside stock management system with the Amazon system (listings, price, shipping management and etc.) and we’re sure with that company we’re related to other company’s accounts in the Amazon. With this company reason because maybe this Software development company have more clients who are sellers in the Amazon too… Our company and shareholders never had any other Amazon account.

Our company was created “User Permissions” access to Software developer company person (director) in order to be able to the Amazon marketplace check functions, connection possibilities, and test created software in time. We can’t be identifying with what account we’re related to… There is a problem…
