Competitor Products Appearing in Our Keyword Campaign – Need Insights

I’m noticing an issue in our Amazon Advertising campaign where competitor products show up when our brand-specific keywords are used. We’ve been careful to target our product keywords, yet competitors seem to show up when our brand-specific keywords are alongside or even above our ads.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you resolve it? Are there any specific settings or adjustments we should be aware of to prevent competitor ads from appearing in our campaigns?

Have you tried it on a different computer or laptop? They may be targeting the same that you are. But no worries. If your brand has a good reviews and images then it won't hurt you. Keep optimizing your ads and control your Acos.
