Complaint about not authentic item
Hi, same as an issue in the topic ,
I’ve got item which was selling very well over 100sold in a month, and then I’ve got one complaint that product is fake, and the listing was disabled straight away, and i have 90 days to prove that item is original, I’ve sent the invoices from the company i bought the items together with letter of authorization from the manufacturer to sell this item, after maybe 15 emails sent because they don’t even try to reply , they replied that they don’t have enough information to reactivate the listin and they may not reply to my emails regarding this issue ,
so i don’t know what to do ??
the product is 100% original but AMAZON is very disrespectful for the sellers. every time when it tries to contact them they using templates to answer.

If Amazon already rejected your invoices like this, there is nothing you can do. Only find something different to sell.
Maybe you could post the ASIN to see, if anyone will be able to give you better advice.

hi yes sure.
i will explain a bit more this time.
- I’ve sent them pro forma invoice due to CNY, the replied saying they couldn’t accept this as is not a proof of the transaction. ok Fair enough.
- then I’ve sent to them completed order from Alibaba , so they replaied with :
We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listings at this time. We cannot accept this invoice because the purchasing party information does not match the information in your Amazon seller account.
Ive repied to them to point this which part is incorrect because on Alibaba its me buying stock . Same as on Amazon, only diffrence was shipping address but never get answer from them again.
3. And then last I’ve send the invoice with that letter of autorithy and they replied with :
We received your submission but do not have sufficient information to reactivate your listings.
I opened around 10 cases about that but answers was only with templates they using , without any help. I give them a call after explain to them my issue , they put me on hold for around 5min. And then get back to me saying that they will Call me back . And of course that didn’t happen.
Below first and last massage from them :

Unfortunately the product is most likely 100% counterfeit if sourced from Alibaba or Aliexpress especially if this relates to Major barand cosmetics product judging by the forum name “PJ Beauty” What was the ASIN product in question?

Yes, that was two first tries.
Alibaba details and my details on Amazon are same. They just said they are not. But they never answer to me on this.
And once they got the Original invoice, together with the letter of authority issued by the manufacturer.
They said as you can see in last message from them its not enough. But that’s even more than they asked for.
Item is 100% genuine.
They think they are gods. And once for sure, I’m gonna claim every item I bought on Amazon is fake. Then I will get my money back.

OK , So now im a bit cnfuesed and let me explain what i did , i can tell now i did wrong .
the product i bought is legit bought from . http://www.esdeles.com/ . no doubt with that ,
but the tweezers dont have any barcodes on them at all , so ive bought 25 barcodes , Ean’s on BarcodeLove. and then choose some of them and apply them to the tweezers . to be able to list them .
im very new to amazon.
