Escalation Request – Feedback Removal Denied Despite ASIN Reinstatement (Case ID: 11324896992)

Hello Community Managers,

I’m reaching out to request help in escalating Case ID: 11324896992, which concerns a negative feedback that we believe should be removed based on Amazon’s own decision to reinstate the ASIN.

  • Order ID: 205-0627250-5269100
  • ASIN: B0CSZ75KSS
  • Feedback left: “This item was fake…”
  • Date of feedback and inauthentic complaint: 23 June 2025
  • ASIN Reinstatement confirmation: 18 July 2025

The buyer left public feedback claiming the item was fake and also filed an inauthentic item complaint on the same day. Amazon reviewed the case and ultimately reinstated the ASIN, confirming that the product complies with Amazon’s policies and can continue to be sold. Despite this, our request to remove the feedback was denied with the explanation that it did not violate Amazon’s guidelines. However, we believe this feedback is misleading and harmful, especially as Amazon has confirmed that the item is not inauthentic. Accusations of selling fake items are serious and have long-term effects on a seller's reputation, even more so when they are proven to be inaccurate.

We kindly request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate team and that the feedback be removed based on Amazon’s validation of the product’s authenticity.
