Does anyone here know how to access PAN-EU sales reports on Seller Central? Is it even a thing? IE, a way to see how much of my stock is held in which country and which FC?

Reports - fulfilment by amazon
There are many inventory reports , the multi country one may show what you need
The inventory ledger report (top option) has it by fulfilment centre too
