Need Help From Mods: Brand Application JSON error - Support is Useless
Hi, "Support" is the worst. I don't understand why sellers have to pay $40 for "support" when they just give people the runaround.
I am trying to get case 16997626861 resolved. I am trying to list products that are new to me. For items that already exist in the Amazon catalog by this brand (name in ticket), I have no problems listing. But for new items by this brand, it asks that I complete a brand application. After filling in the brand application, I saved it, but didn't submit it. Now, when I try to go to the application to submit it, I get an error "Unexpected token '<', "<!doctype "... is not valid JSON."
This error is not tied to my browser or PC as I have now tried 3 PCs and 6 browsers. Support has asked for screenshots 3 different times. Asked me to provide all the requirements of applying for brand. And now after 10+ emails back and fourth, told me it's a "technical issue" and to start a new application. The system only lets you have one application per brand. Support has no idea what they are doing.
