Disbursements deactivated from all marketplaces - total ignorance from Amazon

Hi, I am facing a serious issue. All my disbursements were deactivated due to indicators of unmet EU business establishment requirements. Amazon keeps asking me to send some documents to confirm my business details. (This is actualy ridiculous, all my details were confirmed many times.). I provided all the documents but they keep sending the same template messages again and again. I know I am not alone in this situation, this was reported by many sellers. Does anyone have a solution?

I've been selling on Amazon EU and UK for 9 years but I've never encountered such an ignorance and extremely poor communication in such a serious situation. They blocked me more than 20k EUR and don't even bother to communicate with me.

If anyone from Amazon reads this forum I kindly ask you to do something ASAP.

Same issue. I believe there is a sort of group action that is being prepared by several law firms about this.

We have the same problem. We've been a company based in EU for decades , we've been selling on Amazon for five years and all of a sudden our disrbursements are blocked for the same reason. We sent the necessary documents almost two weeks ago but received no answer since. No one is responding our case we opened in log either.

The situation is very disturbing for us and we feel left without any help from Amazon, so if anyone from Amazon is reading this, please help.

Can anyone from Amazon help please? All documents have been sent. Amazon doesn't communicate at all. Amazon has been blocking me over £20k for more than 2 weeks. It seems I will not be able to even pay VAT if this strange issue takes longer.

It will be in the papers on Monday in the telegraph as a newspaper has decided to run the story, which I hope will have an impact, let's hope it's not some small print article on page 100

Same problem here, Amazon is moving slow with this matter and it’s impacting our cashflow now.

Yes, we have the same since December! There is more fun about this topic. We have received the massage from Amazon that we have to pay the whole VAT amount since 01.01.2021 which is more then £ 360 000 because we are not established in UK :) Of course it was already paid monthly to HMRC. It's crazy what they do.
