Getting real tired of these “missing” orders — anyone else?

I’m reaching a breaking point with these bogus “I didn’t get it” claims on small, under-$10 orders.

We ship photo prints via USPS First Class Mail with Letter Track barcode tracking. It’s reliable, affordable (just 18 cents per piece), and gives us verified delivery details — date, time, and even the exact mailbox delivery confirmation.

Every. Single. Time. a customer claims they didn’t receive their order, we check the Letter Track data and yep — it was delivered.

But guess what? Amazon doesn’t accept Letter Track as valid tracking, so we eat the cost and refund the scammer. Meanwhile, not one customer has claimed non-receipt on higher-value orders that ship with full Ground Advantage tracking. Funny how that works.

Paying $3–$4+ for full USPS tracking on $5 orders just isn’t sustainable.

Is anyone else dealing with this? Any workaround or suggestion to get Amazon to recognize Letter Track? Or are we just stuck refunding liars to maintain account health?

For the time being we have just pulled all of our smaller custom print photo ordering listings. We just can't do this anymore.
