is my identity verified yet?
I went through the process of verifying my identity via ID and face scan but it now says further checks on the document and information are being conducted and said i will be contacted via email in 2 business days buts its now been 4 days and i still haven't received anything. just would like to know if its a glitch and I'm verified or if I'm not verified yet so then i can reactivate my account.

verification takes several weeks- vastly different from Amazons stated times.

You will know when all is verified as there will be a green tick against all the vital information in your account info. It always takes FAR longer than their stated time scales as they need to check not just your personal ID, but also all your business info too - such as bank account, addresses etc.
