Unable to List or sell ?

Good day, I have recently opened a seller account, but I can not list or edit anything, all I wish to do is sell some items in the UK, I keep getting this error message, I have validated my bank account and I have used a fully working credit card that was charged the pound fee, and it went through on, I get emails saying my account is ready to sell but unable to go any further, I see no way to call a human on the end of a phone like to check this and sort it within a few mins, but I'm here writing messages on a forum that will take hours or days to get sorted if at all, I would have thought phone support would be the fastest way to support sellers. The error I keep getting is as follows. Thank you

"You're currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings"

It sounds like your account is still being verified - it can take some time - Amazon's time scales are rarely what they say (24hrs !). If you have enrolled in the professional selling plan (£30 a month fee) then you can contact seller support, and request a callback via the 'Help' tab at top right of this page.
