Do Seller Support help with VTR - Mods??
My VTR has dropped below 80%
So I got a call from Account Health who could not help so told me to put a case to Seller Support, this is also mentioned by Mods every 5 mins.
This is the response, but the problem still exists.

The answer under the below thread is speak to Royal Mail. Yeah because that will work!!! Tried that and guess what, they say speak to Amazon.

How are you confirming shipment ?, and do you have a RM linked account or do you use Buy Shipping ?
I'm afraid SS will not help with your VTR - they have no powers !
