If we were to offer FBM seller fulfillment service on some of our products, We understand how to dispatch orders in a normal working week (Mon-Fri) but when do we dispatch weekend FBM orders?
I would appreciate your feedback on my question.

You only have to ship at weekends if you say you offer weekend shipping in Shipping Settings.
This applies to standard FBM orders - if doing Seller Fulfilled Prime, I believe you do need to have at least one weekend pickup.
