Product Compliance Requests - Help - Images rejected

We have submitted our compliance documents and information and images to Amazon however we still get the following message. We have placed our address on a sticker on the box as instructed and still we get the same answer all the time. Without any reasons for the rejection. Can someone please help if they have some format that seems to work correctly.

Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with the approval process until the following required documentation is provided:

(a) Genuine product images showing:

(1) Name and EU address of manufacturer, importer, distributor or authorized representative (as applicable)

The required information can be printed or added as a sticker/label on the original package.

By providing all-edges, optimal-quality images of the product or its packaging, you ensure that all of the above requirements are met and reduce the possibility of delays in approval process.

We are also having the exact same problem. We have attached the correct image showing all the details; however, it is constantly being rejected. We have attempted to ask why in multiple cases, but they are now automatically closing the cases with no response.

We are also UK-based and no longer part of the EU.

the comment from Amazon re accepting stickers is surprising given that they didn’t used to accept them as it had to be printed on the product. As all else has has failed I would ask Account Health to double check. Maybe other sellers could confirm if stickers are now accepted.
