Account blocked by drop ship.
My account has been blocked and the reason in the email is that I violated the drop ship guideline, we have never done this and all shipments are made from our store address. I would like to help to know what mistake I may have made to have this happen. The only thing we think would be that we used boxes bought at Walmart and the boxes bear the name of Walmart and this mistake may have happened. I would like help, to know if it could have been that or another problem. And I'd like to help fix this and reactivate my account.

That will do it. Easy way to get a drop shipping violation. Never use Home Depot or Walmart boxes, etc. You will have to create an appeal and explain that you weren't drop shipping but used boxes bearing the Walmart name and will never do that again.

And we have BINGO.
"boxes bought at Walmart and the boxes bear the name of Walmart and this mistake may have happened."
You will have to explain to Amazon why you violated their packaging rules.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
It's a Section 3 violation for dropshipping but are there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.
If you have NOT filed an appeal post it HERE FIRST so other sellers can see if it needs to be reworked. Actually, HOW MUCH it needs to be redone.
Treat Amazon like a three year old -- short sentences, small words and bullet points . You will be dealing with people who have SOME English but it is most likely NOT their primary language.

Is that actually in the rules?
Far as I know the language called for new packing materials suitable for that type of product (not exact quote, but the intent)
And I am not sure about the Bingo winner here.
Not sure we have all the facts.
