ATS Avask UK to Germany

I have recently signed-up for the ATS Avask Uk to Germany promotion - https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gc/sell-online/customs-clearance-shipping-service

According to Avask everything has been set up, but when I follow the instructions in the handbook for creating the FBA shipment using the Send to Amazon workflow and I select Germany as the Marketplace destination the Ship to address is in Germany, not the Amazon UK address in Weybridge where it is supposed to be going as per the handbook.

Avask have told me there is something wrong and that I should raise a case with Amazon which I have done, but unfortunately I am not getting anywhere. The support staff don't seem to recognise the issue.

I am hoping to get confirmation from anyone already shipping to Germany in this way using the ATS Avask solution that there is indeed something wrong, and that the address on the FBA box labels should be, as the handbook states, the Amazon address in Weybridge, UK.
