DPD not available on buy shipping
Good afternoon,
Struggling with getting DPD labels from buy shipping. We already use DPD for fulfilling our website orders so makes sense to use them for our prime orders too. We are currently in prime trial and wont pass trial unless we buy shipping through amazon however the only option I have is Hermes standard which is a 2 day service so will fail us for delivery time. I’ve just had to ship this order with DPD manually and input the tracking number so my on time shipment and delivery will be ok but not use of amazon buy shipping. I’m sure it’s a setting somewhere I’ve missed but I’ve faffed around with everything I can find (parcel dimensions, signatures, insurance) and still can’t get DPD to show up.
Any help greatly received!

Hi all, did anyone find solution to this as were trying to set up DPD Buy shipping but
going round in circles, Amazon wont activate as thats DPD, DPD wont actvate due to test label required
Cannot do test label as it wont get activated
Round in circles. DPD is not an option in the carrier preferences. and we are a DPD customer already

i have just sent an email to DPD on boarding saying looks like were not the only ones and linked to this forum.
I dont see why they cant activate the account, and only when a test label is done is the collections arranged etc. Also we already use DPD labels and have a daily collection. should be straight forward
