Not all active listings are visible... Why?

I just noticed that not all of my active listings are visible to the public… Does anyone know why this could be?

The items are there in my inventory and have an active status but out of all my listings 2 do not show up in the list of items I am selling.

You talking about just on amazon.co.uk, or on several marketplaces? Does your own default delivery address match the delivery options for the products. Eg if your default delivery address is in Spain, does the product ship to Spain? If not, it will not show you your products. Also, go to your Inventory and check if there is a “Supressed” tab visible. have a look in there.

Hi there KingdomPerspectives

Lydia here from Handmade at Amazon Seller Support UK.

There can be different reasons why your listings may be showing as active in your inventory but not displaying to the public.

The ones that come straight to mind are that you may have identified the product as an ‘adult’ product, or ‘private’ listing - if a seller has ticked either of these when creating the listing, the listing is not visible on the general catalogue.
Adult product being for 18+ (Sex and Sensuality products) and Private Listings being where you create a listing for a specific buyer who wants to commission a private order and you can provide a link with the details to allow them to place the order securely via the seller central system.
See example 2 in the following link:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/201962820

If you continue to experience issues, it is best to raise a case for seller support and we can investigate further.
You can contact seller support through your seller central > help > contact us link:
https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/cu/contact-us?encoding=UTF8&ref=ag_contactus_shel_xx

I hope this helps.
