Not Authorized, please pick another merchant or marketplace
On March 4, 2024, Amazon received my inventory as an FBA seller. My items became available on March 6, 2024, and I received two orders that night. However, the next morning, I discovered that my account was locked, and I couldn't access any page except for one stating that I didn't have access to the merchant or marketplace, and I should pick a different marketplace, but the available countries were only in Europe, with the US not being an option. I attempted to contact Amazon customer service numerous times, hoping to be transferred to seller support, but after more than 10 attempts, I couldn't reach the right department. Instead, associates provided me with incorrect numbers to call. Despite filing over 20 cases through the help page, I received no resolution other than links to change my banking information, which only led to the same error page. I followed Amazon's recommendations to change my email and password multiple times, but this didn't resolve the issue either. Amazon requested screenshots of the error, but every time I replied to their emails with the screenshot attached, I received a bounced-back email stating that the address didn't accept emails. When I wrote back requesting a valid email address or a phone call, they ignored my request and continued to send correspondence threatening to close my case if I didn't provide the screenshot. In response, I replied to every email and created additional cases, but I still haven't received a resolution. It appears that Amazon has locked my account and is withholding my inventory. I created a new account hoping to be able to call or communicate witha human, because I am sure that the responses I am getting are just system genarated responses. I either want my inventory back or reactivating my account or moving my inventory to this account if Zardy store issue is complicated. Please help me.

You didn't learn how Amazon works BEFORE doing anything and you made countless mistakes. The biggest mistake was to create a second account. That is not allowed and it will be suspended too immediately.
No, I don't know what you have to do. Contact an Amazon agency to help you out here. And IF they are successfull in activating your first account and closing your second account go in your seller central, scroll down, find "LEarn", click "Seller University". Take 4-5 weeks to LEARN how selling on Amazon has to be done. Would you do a heart surgery without education and training?
