HELP! This product has been identified as a dietary supplement that contains undeclared drug ingredients.

Need help with my listings that were removed due to the product being identified as a dietary supplement that contains undeclared drug ingredients. We have made sure that product descriptions, bullet points, and images do not contain prohibited terms. Images for the list of ingredients were also provided. However, we are still unable to activate the listings.

Please help. I have updated the product description, bullet points, and images. Still, they say that they do not meet our standards. Anyone who had luck in resolving this issue?

So I am able to offer more guidance on the situation, I would ask that you post your ASIN and any related cases you have surrounding the situation. Due to the limited information provided, these details will prove beneficial in researching your situation further.

Can you offer any clarification on what was incorrect on the listing, or what you changed in the listings to make them compliant? When you made the changes, did you initiate them manually or through an inventory file, were the updates successful or did you run into errors?

Looking over the ASIN and the mentioned concerns I would advise reviewing your listings again along with our dietary supplements help page. Here we advise on prohibited products including "Royal Honey". When I reviewed your listings I do see the following mention in your description:

  • The Mountain Sidr is from the Mountains of Pakistan and the Royal Honey is from Yemen.

As Royal Honey is a prohibited product, this is likely why your still seeing rejections. I would advise updating the listings and appealing once again. If this still fails there could not be concerns you product contains this ingredient and may require proof of the products ingredients.
