Downgrading Selling Plan
Hi Everyone,
I have created seller central account on GBP 30 but not yet started selling. In this regard I have following questions:
- How can I check my selling plan?
- Can it be changed from professional selling to individual plan? if yes, then how can be changed?
- Is there any constraint on changing selling plans anytime?
Thank you!

- Go to settings - Account Info - Your Services - Selling on Amazon. It will say Professional if you have paid the £30 fee.
- Yes, it can. Follow the same route as above and click on Manage. You will not be charged anymore fees, but will say pending until a month from the date you signed up.
- No, you can change as and when you wish, but the logic is to downgrade just before your next payment would be due.
If you downgrade and have not sold anything, you can request a refund of unused fees by opening a case with Seller Support.
It is only financially worth paying the fee when you sell a minimum of 33/34 items a month, otherwise you will be out of pocket, BUT there are other perks to the Pro. Plan, such as being able to set your own shipping charge. On the Individual selling plan you have to go with Amazon’s default shipping charge for the category you sell in.

1 - go to your account info and it’s on the left under “your services”
2 - Yes - there will be an option there to downgrade
3 - Kind of. You lose the ability to run promotions, set postage etc when you downgrade, but Amazon don’t really mind if you change every month
