Amazon Shipment Redirected from BHX4 to LBA9

Pallets were collected on 2nd of July and remain in the "collected" status.

I have contacted UPS Lots and they have mentioned that BHX4 was at capacity and my pallets had to be directed to LBA9.

Has anyone else has this issue and if so, how much more additional time could this redirection potentially take? I understand no one will know for sure, but just wanted to find out from others their experiences with this similar type of issue.
