I received the following Amazon pop-up message while setting up the Prime Exclusive feature. What situation led to the ASIN being flagged?
Amazon pop-up message: 'Invalid. This item has been flagged per Amazon internal policies.'"
By the way, I didn't see any violation in account health for this ASIN.

This does not necessarily mean that you have done anything wrong, from what I can make of that, the item concerned has been flagged (probably by bot) and therefore probably subject to review by Amazon.
It would suggest that they are basically warning that there may be an issue with the listing, and therefore personally I would steer well clear of it, as if the review determines there is an issue then the product could be deleted from the catalogue.
