My seller account has been having this issue for two months, only identity information

Firstly, remove your personal information from this forum post....

Click on expand upload desire documents than press save when you hit save botton the verification button become highlighted and than press submit for verification

Good luck. I've been going through a similar endless cycle for five months and counting.
The Amazon support team is the worst, least competent, least effective customer care department I've ever encountered. If you have problems, you're at the mercy of a dismissive, useless interface and corporate structure designed to make communication as difficult as possible.
I assume the ultimate aim is that people will just get bored and go away.

We managed to solve this after contacting customer service via chat and explaining the upload button was missing. We were asked for a screenshot via email and then the issue was escalated to technical who performed a reset on our account, after we cleared the cache (or use another computer) the button was showing and we were able to upload the info.
However, following this, our account was made inactive during the identity checks and we`ve been stuck for about 15 days now.
