Brand Approval Issue: Same Invoice Accepted Once, Then Rejected for Other Line Items

Hi Amazon Seller Support Team,

I need help escalating a Brand Approval review that has been pending with no response after I submitted additional documents.

Pending case: 12080089252

I have already uploaded a complete document pack in the case (original supplier invoice, proforma invoice, bank payment proof, dispatch note).

My issue is that the supplier invoice contains multiple products/brands.

The first application was approved using the same invoice: case 12079635052.

After that approval, subsequent applications are being rejected automatically stating the invoice has already been used, even though the invoice legitimately includes additional items/brands.

Could a moderator please:

Review and escalate case 12080089252 for a manual review, and

Advise the correct process for approvals when multiple brands/products are on one legitimate supplier invoice, since the system is blocking reuse of the same invoice for the remaining line items.

Thank you in advance.

This is NOT Seller Support, just a forum of other sellers, so we can do nothing, butas you have a case ID and tagged in some forum mods, hopefully one of them will respond and advise.

Hello @Seller_p0lDQabyXCR2h,

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and thanks for the case ID's, I can certainly take a look and help wherever possible.

First, a distribution invoice on its own may not be enough to provide sufficient proof of your permission to sell a brand. If you have a Letter of Authorisation(LOA) from the Trademark Owner that does grant you permission to sell their branded products, this will assist the team to make their decision.

If you do not have an LOA, but your distributor does and it states they have permission from the Trademark Owner to distribute their branded product for the purposes of resale on Amazon by 3rd party sellers, include that in the case.

If you have neither an LOA for you specifically or from your distributor, there is 1 additional option since both of these brands are enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. The Administrator of the Brand can grant you an Authorized Reseller Role via their Amazon brand Registry log in. They just need to follow the steps provided in the Brand Registry selling roles help page. Please note, this is a Brand Owner process and not an Amazon completed process.

Hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

Best, Dougal
