Account Health Rating - Food & Safety Issues - Deactivated for products I listed but never sold

I sell second hand goods, of which I had listed these below:

B071YX8V4N Kenwood Food Processor

Battery packs B09WLS3L49, B0CQNWD8RH, B09CQ4DDF7.

Due to these products being involved in some dangerous situations with buyers on Amazon (Amazon tells me, through what seems to be speech to text transmission of some phone calls from buyers to Amazon) such as the Kenwood food processor smoking, and the battery packs bulging and catching on fire (!) Amazon has told me it doesn't matter if I de-list these products, my account is still deactivated.

They have been asking for lots of things which I don't have, including manufacturer's test records. I have since been requested plan of action and details of what has happened with the items. I keep sending the same details, with further information each time, but the response from Amazon is confusing, and seems to fall into some kind of black hole where the people looking at it keep changing. Also people don't seem to care that I was just listing these, and the seller who actually sold the product with issues is the person who should have had their account deactivated, not me!....

It was October 2023 when my account was disabled, just before the Christmas period (thanks...) and just before my baby is due in the new year 2025 (thanks a lot).

I'm trying to explain to Amazon what tests and precautions I do in order for them to recognise my competence as a good seller. It's pretty tough. Any advice?
