Customer not know how to remove negative feedback
The customer for order ID 026-0438700-6689912 has agreed to remove her negative feedback and mentioned that she attempted to do so. However, the feedback still appears on my profile, so I believe she may be unsure how to complete the removal process. Could you kindly assist us with this?

We are just other sellers on amazon - no-one at amazon will help a customer remove feedback, even if they want to.
