Food and Safety Issues
I received a Food and Product Safety Issues violation on an ASIN dues to a customer's direct email to Amazon. We already submitted everything to the Food and Safety Team. We were then passed on to the Amazon Partner Selling Support and they advised us that there are no restrictions on our ASIN but our ASIN is still blocked. From hereon we have been passed on from the Account Health Team to the Partner Selling support but no one can really give us proper resolutions. Anybody knows where can we escalate this to? It's been 3 months and no one has really given us any help. Thanks

Based off of the information you have provided, I see that you have received a food and product safety violation and even though the appeal was successful, the ASIN is still blocked.
Per our food safety investigation policy, it states "We prioritize customer safety first and foremost in our Food Safety Investigation. We do not allow Selling Partners to list products with safety issues. Selling Partners are responsible for ensuring that their products are safe and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards/practices. We expect and require, as per Amazon’s policy, that Selling Partners supply us with safe foods."
You have mentioned you have submitted everything to appeal the violation. What have you submitted? Have you received a performance notification or a case log with the results of the appeal? If you have, please provide a screenshot of the entire notification here in this thread so we can better assist you.
When you said that the ASIN is blocked, do you mean that you are not able to relist it or is it out of stock? Is the ASIN still in your inventory? Please provide the ASIN here in this thread so we can better assist you.
