WEEE Missing Even Though Saying Valid On Portal

WEEE Missing Even Though Saying Valid On Portal

I received a message stating that our WEEE registration number is missing for Germany. I then went to the portal to check, and it shows that the only category where it’s required, both brands, are valid, for which we registered with Landbell Group.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Based on my observations from your post, I want to provide you with a sense of direction moving forward.

If you face any of the following issues on your compliance portal, you can contact Selling Partner Support:

  • Your products are not subject to WEEE requirements in Germany.
  • You are a private seller and believe you do not need to provide a WEEE-Reg-Nr. to Amazon.
  • You sell a used product and believe you do not need to provide a WEEE-Reg-Nr. to Amazon.
  • You do not sell one or several of the brands shown on the Compliance Portal.
  • Your brand is listed in the wrong category on the Compliance Portal.
  • Your brand is missing from the Compliance Portal.
  • Your brand name is spelt incorrectly on the Compliance Portal.
  • Your brand is appearing more than once on the Compliance Portal.
  • One of the brands listed on the Compliance Portal is not EEE.
  • One of the types of equipment listed on the Compliance Portal is not EEE.
  • It has taken Amazon more than five business days to validate your WEEE-Reg-.Nr.
  • Any other issue that cannot be solved by reading this help page.

When you contact us, please provide the following information to help us solve your query as quickly as possible:

  • The list of ASINs for the affected products.
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • The brand name.
  • The type of equipment (category).
  • Any documents that support your case.
