Same here. Couldn't schedule a collection since Friday. Had to go and drop a few parcels to drop off. Link provided by Thingimijigs doesn;t work for me :(

Hello mate i was having the same issuebut found if you dont add any tracking numbers and fill in all other details address weight, and click confirm it will allow you to book it but have to pay, mine was £2.40 for 2 parcels total weight 18kg

hey has anyone found a solution? This is so annoying, been well over a week. Dropping of to a location isn't an option when you have 10+ 23kg boxes everyday

From Dovetails on another thread: I had this problem as well - but I spoke to a tech expert at UPS who told me it's a problem they know about, specifically with Amazon sellers.
The fix they told me was ' don't log in to your UPS account, schedule a pick up as a guest user'
and it works for me - just have to fill in your pick up address every time
