Does the FBA fulfillment fee include the shipping cost?

As far as I know: "FBA fulfillment includes picking and packing your orders, shipping and handling, customer service, and product returns. Costs are based on the weights and dimensions of your product. Shipping weight is calculated based on the item’s unit weight or dimensional weight." That means when I pay for FBA fulfillment fee, all of the above activities are already included in the cost I paid for one unit, right?

A supporter (SPS) said that: "Shipping in this ASIN is not included. FBA fee is the pick and pack or the handling of the goods."

I need a confirmation from Amazon. Thanks

Normally, a non Prime customer has to pay the shipment. In your case according to the chat we talk about a promotion. Go look in your promotions, I think there is some setting you did put mistakenly. Since Amazon is a self service platform, the system does anything we tell it to do. It will not offer free shipping and charge you for that if YOU didn't set it to do so.

You’re right. I’m speaking with SPS about the promotion. I only ran an 8% off coupon for my order, but I saw an additional promotion deduction of $6.99. Based on my research, this promotion is called "US Core Free Shipping Promotion." However, I’m certain that I never signed up for this promotion, and I don’t know why it was applied to my order. SPS responded to me as shown in that screenshot.
